In partnership with leading architects, ClarkeHopkinsClarke, we managed the design, tender and construction process to successfully develop The Village Warralily, a brand-new Neighbourhood Activity Centre in the heart of the outstanding Warralily community in Armstrong Creek.

Our response was to deliver an outstanding project offering significant opportunities for the local business community to trade alongside nationwide anchor tenants.

The Village Warralily offers convenience-orientated services including specialty retail, civic and commercial uses, a town square, medium density residential and a medical centre, for retailers and business operators in the local and greater Geelong area. Stage one of The Village Warralily shopping centre opened its doors for the first time in Spring 2017 providing the first retail, service and community hub in the Armstrong Creek Growth Area.
