Riverdale Village Shopping Centre was designed by renowned architects ClarkeHopkinsClarke, and built by Becon Constructions. As Development Manager, APD handled all aspects of this diverse project from the master planning and detailed design, through to leasing, construction and handover.

This vibrant Local Town Centre provides a full line Coles Supermarket, speciality retail, commercial and fitness outlets, and medical centre for the Riverdale Village community and beyond. Our team was instrumental in securing global and local businesses as anchor tenants, including McDonalds, Coles, KFC, 7 Eleven Service station and a Direct Chemist Outlet.

An arm of the APD Group, Quadrant Building, delivered the adjacent YMCA Early Learning Centre. Situated adjacent to the Shopping Centre, the project was overseen by APD Projects’ construction management team.
