APD Projects recently introduced The Village Warralily Shopping Centre to the Greater Geelong Business community.
We are delighted to have developed an essential retail, commercial and medical centre in Armstrong Creek, a landmark Neighbourhood Activity Centre in one of Victoria’s most rapidly expanding suburbs.
Construction of Stage one provided a major boost to employment opportunities for the local community and will continue to as future stages are developed.
Well done to all involved in the design, planning, project management and construction of this project. Our thanks also extend to the Local government departments who have worked proactively with us to ensure the successful delivery of The Village.
The centre had its official Grand Opening on 25th November, with a ribbon cutting by Andrew Katos, Federal member for Barwon South and his two sons along with Meg McManus representing the Warralily Community Resident’s Group.
