This boutique residential project in Melbourne’s east responds to a limited supply of high-quality downsizer focussed housing stock in the area.
Together with an exceptional consultant team, APD managed this project from start to finish, including acquisition, capital raising, town planning approval through to design and construction.
We retained the highest level of quality control, which resulted in a product that attracted premium pricing and sold out very quickly.
ZEN Mont Albert offered the market 11 luxury apartments, with one, two and three-bedroom configurations across well-proportioned floor plans.
This project was completed in early 2018.
