The Wyndholm Park project comprises 220ha of land in the Ballarat North Precinct Structure Plan just 7.5km north of the Ballarat CBD On completion, Wyndholm Park is expected to be home to more than 8,000 people in a showcase masterplanned community.
Wyndholm Park will feature a primary school, with potential for a secondary school set amongst lush parkland and the picturesque Burrumbeet Creek. Significant open space will be delivered, including parks, wetlands, and walking tracks. A key focus of the project is to improve the local area by reintroducing native vegetation.
We are working closely with the local Indigenous community to incorporate the Wadawurrung story into the fabric of the community, setting the project up to pay homage to its roots and ensuring that its Indigenous story endures for future generations.
