Our response was to deliver an outstanding project offering significant opportunities for local businesses to trade alongside nationwide anchor tenants.
The Village Warralily offers convenience-orientated services including a full line Woolworths supermarket specialty retail, civic, and commercial uses, a town square, medium density residential and a medical centre.
Stage 1 of The Village Warralily shopping centre opened its doors for the first time in Spring 2017 providing the first retail, service and community hub in the Armstrong Creek Growth Area.
