As Development Manager, APD handled all aspects of this diverse and complex project from the master planning and detailed design, feasibility assessment, financing through to leasing, construction and handover.

This vibrant local town centre provides a full line Coles supermarket, speciality retail, commercial and fitness outlets, and medical centre for the Riverdale Village community and beyond. Our team was instrumental in securing global and local businesses as anchor tenants, including McDonalds, Coles, KFC, a 7-Eleven Service station and a Direct Chemist Outlet. A Bright Waves swim school Is due to open In late 2025.
An arm of the APD Group, Quadrant Building, delivered the adjacent YMCA Early Learning Centre. The project was overseen by APD’s in house construction management team.
