Alongside the expertise of consultants Beveridge Williams, we developed the former Ramlegh Park stud into into a well-designed, well-connected project that’s now regarded as a premier address in Clyde North, a rapidly expanding growth area in Melbourne’s south-east.
Ramlegh Springs includes approximately 710 residential homes, a state primary school, childcare & swim school, sports precinct, and an extensive wetland network.
The community also features New Macdonald’s Farm Park and playground, constructed in honour of the former owners’ children’s books and television program. A future shopping centre is also planned for the estate, forecast for opening in late 2025.
