We have partnered with industry thought leaders to identify ways to commercially deliver sustainable development outcomes that provide a platform for Carbon Neutral living. Our first-class project team have created several innovate solutions, from which our masterplan and community creation vision will be realised.
Our proposal includes a new town centre, all electric energy-efficient living, zero emission transport options, community garden and produce farm, innovative waste management solutions, a community-scale solar farm, intelligent communications network, e-mobility scheme and a regenerative carbon offset program to name a just a few innovations.
