Clarkefield Case Study

Back to Impact

Clarkefield offers a new kind of regional township with diverse, attainable housing centred around an active rail line and train station, all with carbon-neutral living.

After 5 years of detailed planning, technical studies, and community engagement, a $700m ready-to-build township at Clarkefield, 40 kilometers northwest of Melbourne’s CBD, is part of the Victorian Government’s Development Facilitation Program. The proposed new township is poised to deliver up to 2,500 homes over the next 15 years.
