The first homes at Montview Ripley Valley are now under construction!

Slabs have been poured, frames erected, and roofs completed on several Stage 1 and 2 homes. Bulk earthworks in Stage 3 are now complete, and internal stormwater installation has commenced.

Other major construction milestones include the installation of the community entrance statement and final works on the Stage 3 Linear Park – both now ready for landscaping.
